Apple's iPhone 6 Rumors feature may use camera sensor from Sony's Exmor IMX220 , lastest post on Sony enthusiast forum Digi-Wo from Chinese website (Google Translate, via G for Games). The Exmor IMX220 Specification is 13-megapixel, 1/2.3'' sensor and take a videos in HD 1080p.
