Russian developer known by the nickname Smolk released a utility to perform the bypass iCloud iPhone 4, also allowing activation of the iPhone iOS 7.

The Russian hacker and programmer, known Smolk, found a way around the function of locking remote devices running Apple's iOS operating system 7. Remember, it is the service "Find My iPhone" which is used to protect an Apple iDevice if it is lost or stolen

1 Start by downloading the iOS Dev Soft Pack for iPhone 4 package

2 once downloaded package, start the program and put your iPhone in DFU mode
3 Click "Run SSH_RD Tool" on the left under "First stage"
4 Once you see the green word "success" in the window that is open: Click "Run Activation Backup"
5. When you see this window then start iTunes and restore your iPhone (do not close the program)
6. Once restored iPhone, close iTunes
7 click "Run SSH_RD Tool" on the right under "Second stage" and put your iPhone
8. Once the word "success" appears, click "Run Enable Upload"
All these operations take time between each step so be patient and do not disconnect the iPhone!
